6 Stone-Age Cures for Depression
From Ask Dr. Helen Physical activity. Diet (specifically, Omega 3 Fats). Sunlight exposure. Sleep. Social Connectedness Stop ruminating, do engaging activities. Interesting.  I’m not too familiar with depression personally, though I’ve had friends with serious issues.  Most of these just seem like a good way to live anyway.

Improv Moment of the Summer
I did a lot of improv this summer.  Some reflections on my favorite scenes. A scene on a submarine, where the crew complained that life on the ship was nothing like the classic Kelsey Grammer film ‘Down Periscope’. An incredible vulgar group game about scientists with fetishes. A restaurant where people go exclusively to break up. Anything involving Michael Paoli.
